Firmware and drivers update of cluster Node
Hi,
I have created cluster with two PE-R710 server as Node-1 and Node-2. The Node-1 showing firmware issue so i Want to update Node-1 firmware's without down node-2. So just tell me it is safe for cluster will work as different firmware version.

While we do recommend keeping the members of the cluster updated to the same, and most current updates. It should be safe to have certain devices different as long as they are within an update of each other. I would still find the first opportunity to update them to the same level though. That isn't going to be the case though with the controllers. It is recommended that with the mass-storage device controllers—that is, the host bus adapter (HBA), HBA drivers, and HBA firmware that are attached to cluster storage must be identical.
