where do I find the light scribe things on my computer

I have a new computer  (Inspiron 700m with DVD burner with light scribe)
where do I find the light scribe thingy and how do I use it
I copied some pictures from my computer to a DVD (Verbatim Lightscribe DVD+R) but have no idea where the light scribe thing is to label the DVD
I'm using Sonic that came with my computer, do I need a different program?

Thanks
Rachel

The lightscribe feature is built into the drive.  There are not many
that have that feature as of yet.  Are you sure your drive has that feature?

I just bought this computer 2 months ago and when I bought it on the dell web site, I did the customize thing and upgraded to the DVD burner that has light scribe

is there a way to look up what I actually bought on the web site now?

ok, went to dell web site and found what I bought
which says my DVD thingy is

313-30988x CD/DVD Burner (DVD+RW,+/-R) for Inspiron 700m

and at the control manager thingy it says
NEC DVD+-RW ND-6500A

so, do I only think I'm supposed to have it and don't
and I bought a box of DVD's with light scribe ability and can't actually do that?

I am unaware of Dell ever offering the Lightscribe feature.  It is still
too new.  The NEC ND-6500A does not have that feature.  User's Guide
here ................

Per the User's Guide, it will write Dual-Layer for DVD+r dual layer media.

Thanks so much for all the valuable info
(since I have no idea what I'm doing or even why I bought what I did, but it sounded good at the time)
