Safely remove USB flash drive
Hi All,
While my laptop recognise my USB flash drive and it reads my files, I cannot safely remove it because the icon is disabled as shown in the picture below. Do you have any idea how I can fix it? I bought the laptop few months ago and initially it was working but one day it stopped and I cannot find a solution.

Make sure there are no system files on the flash drive. If there are windows system files or backups that are being used, shutdown the computer to remove the drive. If you are using the flash drive as a backup or for running programs, you have to shutdown to remove it.
You do not use Devices and Printers to remove flash drives. Open Explorer instead.
