My CD/DVD doesnt works, problem is with its driver
My lap inspiron n5010 with win7 os doesnt plays cd,,,when i checked through device manager i find that problem is with driver, in the device status it is written that
"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"
In the CD/DVD Drives tree in Device Manager , there are 3 devices,,,
1, NMR B4LQ3C9YBG SCSI CD ROM
2 ,NMR B4LQ3C9YBG SCSI CD ROM (same as above)
3. Optiarc DVD+-RW AD7717H ATA
Please help me,,,i am facing very problem now,,,so plese any one help me out to solve this problem,,,,what should i do?

Hi,
In the Device manager window, please right click on all the three devices and click on uninstall. Restart the computer, the Operating System will automatically install the drivers for the CD/DVD drives during the restart.
Please run the Microsoft advanced Fixit by clicking the below mentioned link.

Download and update the BIOS from the link below.

NOTE: Ensure that the open work is saved and closed. Prior to flashing the BIOS, connect both the AC Adaptor and the Battery.
The system would restart automatically.
Perform similar steps to download and install the Chipset driver from the link below.

Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
