Hi,

In the Device manager window, please right click on all the three devices and click on uninstall. Restart the computer, the Operating System will automatically install the drivers for the CD/DVD drives during the restart.

Please run the Microsoft advanced Fixit by clicking the below mentioned link.

http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9740811

  • Save the file to the desktop.
  • Double-Click the downloaded file and click Run.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation and run the scan on the CD/DVD drive.

Download and update the BIOS from the link below.

NOTE: Ensure that the open work is saved and closed. Prior to flashing the BIOS, connect both the AC Adaptor and the Battery.

  • Click the above link.
  • Save the file to the desktop.
  • Double-Click the downloaded file and click Run.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to flash the BIOS.

The system would restart automatically.

Perform similar steps to download and install the Chipset driver from the link below.

Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

Please post back the results.
