I personally do not think there should be an issue with delivery reports. When you check the job logs, do you find these emails being skipped due to filter?
Someone will have to look at verbose logs for the jobs and messages itself. For that work support forum might not be a good option. I would suggest you to open service request with support team and let us see what is found in the analysis.
SourceOne only processes 3 types of items from mailboxes for shortcutting. It can archive many more types. Report types are not shortcutted by SourceOne.
