Works Task Launcher error report message
Every time I try to start Works task launcher I get a message telling me that the program has encountered a problem and needs to shut down and then askes me to send an error report message. I just received my computer last week. Everything else seems to be working fine. I have an Inspiron 1100 running Windows XP Proffessional and the Works Suite was included in my software package. Any help would be appreciated

As I said before, I have installed MS Works Suite 2003. But, I do have one very big problem. Whenever start up MS Works Launcher, it takes me to all the different tasks available (household management, email and internet, et al). However, whenever I click on either "Letters&Labels" and "Newsletters and Flyers", the ONLY option presented to me is "internet postage". I can not compose a letter, an envelope, flyers. I have installed it twice, uninstalled it once and then reinstalled it. The result is the same as the above. I am baffled.
I do get the following error dialog box "Microsoft Works has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send to help us to improve Microsoft Works." AppName: msworks.exe AppVer: 7.2.710.1 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.0 Offset: 0000d756
That's about the only information I have available. This just started last Friday. I checked for a virus and have none. Checked for spyware, got rid of it with both PestPatrol and used Ad-Aware to make sure.
