Dell 3130cn says 016-302 restart printer / contact support if message returns.
Dell 3130cn says 016-302 restart printer / contact support if message returns.Have restarted the printer several times and this message continues to come up. What should I do next?

Thank you for your message.
Please disconnect the power cord from the power source, press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds, this will release the static.
Connect the power cord back in & start the printer. Click on www.support.dell.com & enter your printer tag details, download & install Dell open printer driver & Printer management pack.

If the issue persists, you can try resetting the printer back to factory settings http://dell.to/2rSTKMj (page 110)
