Precision 7760 Warns Battery Not Charging After BIOS Update

When I cold boot my Dell Precision 7760 I get a prompt warning me that my battery is not charging and i need to press a key to continue. When in Windows the battery never gets past 94% charged despite it always being plugged into the charger.

This started after Dell pushed out a recent BIOS update.

Any suggestions on how to correct this and how to get the system to boot without having to interact with the prompt?
