I am having trouble understanding the post. Seems to start out sarcastic, but then trails off into ambiguity. Are you mad because some snow got into your dell somehow through the hand-hold in the cardboard box?

I don't know of any company that would stand up to a package sitting in bad weather. Perhaps Dell could reform their packaging practices to match that of HP (I guess in your case their packaging was superior). What's the actual issue?

Thank you for answer. The problem is that the computers I purchased do not work after turning on, (new) - two cases out of three. I am an IT specialist and I do not understand how it is possible that DELL products go unpackaged into PVC. And I do not have to write here if this answers BASIC or PRO support. But cough on it. He'll take the 4x technique to the same place and he will not fix it anyway. Just for interest - your DELL came packaged in PVC?
