Boot to the DVD and follow the prompts. It is no different than any other computer/server, but Windows 7 isn't officially supported on the T20. That doesn't mean it won't work - just that it "may" not and it is up to you to troubleshoot and figure out any issues. Use 2008 R2 drivers when appropriate.
Have you already tried and run into problems? If so, what exactly?
