OS not booting after motherboard replacement
Had a "PCIe degraded link error" on the Poweredge 2960 server recently and Dell techician replaced the motherboard of the server. Now the Windows 2003 operating system is not booting anymore. Pressing F8 during the boot gives the startup options, but Safe Mode, Last Known good configuration nothing works and the system reboots as if in a endless reboot loop.
tried repairing the OS through Win2003 installation disk but the system does not boot into the OS.
Any idea what could be wrong ?

Boot to the BIOS Setup (F2) and make sure that Embedded RAID (under Integrated Devices) is Enabled. The technician should not have left without calling the OST Resource Center. Is this a 2950 or a 2970 (there is no 2960)?
