Does anyone know the part numbers I need to order and the best way? I tried to ring Dell sales yesterday and got put through to this third party company who then asked for a part number, which I did not know then they said they would ring me back. Surprise, Surprise they did not, my experience with Dell support so far has not been a good one. Maybe I should have bought an HP server at least their parts are more readily available as the PE R210 is not even listed in the parts/upgrades page on the Dell site.
Does anyone know if I can just use the LSI Megaraid equivalent for the PERC H200 as i believe it is based on the megaraid 9240-8i. Any responses would be appreciated maybe even from Dell.
