Fatal firmware error installing RHEL8.0 with PERC H730P

This may related memory error or it could indicate a block was read or written incorrectly. I checked PERC FW seems up to date. But let me ask BIOS, iDRAC also up to date? but let me ask, are iDRAC and BIOS up to date too? if not, can you update and check again? you can find out FW from here https://dell.to/2ZH9LYV because these updates can fix the issue if it's memory-related. Then can you check if there is a memory-related error under the system event log from iDRAC or another error? If there is no hardware error, maybe an action may be required on the RHEL side.  I don't know you have bought RHEL8.0 from DELL.  Apart from these, there may be steps you need to take in RHEL. I updated everything beforehand. The KB articles refer to XFS issues which is a higher level problem. The first error message makes it apparent that the RAID controller firmware goes to a fault state thus I would guess it is an issue with the controller.
