Optiplex 7050 Micro Monitor Mount with Monitors Other Than Dell
I just received a Dell Optiplex 7050 Micro and I finally got a monitor that I like.
Monitor is: LG 34UM68P (34 inch Ultrawide)
I want to mount the micro behind the monitor. However, the LG Monitor stand uses the vesa mount on the back of the monitor.
Is there any way to put a mount behind the clamp from the stand or put a mount in between the clamp and the monitor?
Thanks for the help!!

Thanks @speedstep
How would I mount this if the LG stand already uses the vesa screw holes??
Could I put it outside the stand mount or in between the monitor and the stand mount?
Thanks!

It wouldnt
You need to find a mount that has vesa in the bottom then Vesa on the back Side of the mount for the micro.
You mount the mount, Then put the micro in it. Then put the cover on that which has Raised Vesa Mount on it so you can attach the covers then VESA Mount the monitor onto the holder with the micro.
Its this one. If it doesnt work with your monitor its NOT VESA.
You have to mount the monitor first because you cant get to the screws once the micro is on there.

AKA you need a VESA POGO stand then VESA TO MICRO THEN COVER WITH ANOTHER VESA its a sandwich.
This product is compatible with the following systems:

@wingknight82 The LG 34UM68P is a big monitor. I wouldn't put the PC between the monitor and the stand as i) the PC case won't have been stressed for this duty, and ii) this would push the CG forward, possibly leading to the monitor being less stable.
There are a range sizes for VESA mounts - I'm assuming they are either 75 mm x 75 mm or 100 mm x 100 mm and use M4 x 10 mm screws. Is the VESA mount the same size on both the PC and the monitor? If so, it might be possible to purchase or have made threaded pillars that could be used to fasten the monitor to the stand and provide a second mount behind the stand for the PC. You would have to measure the length to make sure they would fit and they may be too long to be practical.
Another option could be to use two lengths of angle (aluminium?) and to use these to provide an additional mount to one side. Use the VESA screws to mount the angle to the back of the monitor and then fashion a mount for the PC to the angle.
