Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF high psu voltages?
Hi
Testing my psu with a multimeter the purple wire came back with reading of 11.49V is this normal for a 8 pin connector? There's very little information on the internet reguarding this spec of psu CN-0FP16X
White wire tested at a perfect 12v
I know a standard ATX psu should be 5V so a little concerned about such a high reading.

Despite what others are saying the power supply IS NOT ATX or any Standard. It is 80 percent efficient closer to EPS12v spec. Its NOT ATX, NOT TFX, NOT standard.
The standby power on this model is 12v so there is nothing wrong with it. This is also why a 24 pin to 8 pin adapter IS NOT straight thru because there is a converter for the 5vsb line to 12v.
There is an engineer who made his own adapter from scratch. Several models including Precision T1700, 3020 7020 9020, use this.
