And for your original question about upgrading an Inspiron 580s into a gaming PC, I'm afraid hardly to achieve so. It's a compact SFF PC for general usage like office documents works or basic home use, with very limited rooms for hardware upgrade. Besides, I searched a bit on minimum hardware requirement of Apex Legends and PUBG:

Pick up a cheap SSD on sale for $20 or $30. Other than that I wouldn't sink any more into it. Too old and low spec for any serious gaming.

Hi @ibarrz ,
You may check out UserBenchmark: Dell Inspiron 580s Compatible Components to see what kind of GPU, SSD and hard drive that compatible with your system. They are real-world benchmarks submitted by owners of this system.

It's a compact SFF PC for general usage like office documents works or basic home use, with very limited rooms for hardware upgrade. Besides, I searched a bit on minimum hardware requirement of Apex Legends and PUBG:
64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
AMD FX-4350 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor.
AMD FX-6300
Radeon HD 7730
AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB
Both requirements are too far from what you have on your 580s. I'd suggest saving money for a better unit.
