How to disable Powerconnect 5524p switch poe port power periodically and automatically

As subject above,  2 ipCAM are connected to PC5524p switch and get power from the poe port.

1. Can I power on and power off the poe port periodically? 

2. Besides, I also try to use ACL and add ACE to block the ipCAM MAC address or IP address periodically. However, still not work, why?

3. The last method had been tried before, I use putty ssh to connect the switch and use command to disable port manually.

Start C:\putty.exe -ssh   -l -pw

interface gi1/0/11
.......

.......

shutdown

When I want to use above command to auto login to PC5524p, it needs to input username twice, but putty can input username once only.

Anyone can solve the above problems or suggest me other solutions?
