Accessing Wireless Network Setup Wizard

Hello All,

Each time I try to set up a security enalble wireless network connection as per the instructions, I continue to receive the message "The Wizard Could Not Create a Wireless Network". What's so strange is it will allow me to connect to the internet successfully through a WAP. I'm using an Inspiron 5160 P4 w/1GB of RAM/ 2.8 gHz processor.What am I doing wrong???
