power connect 2024 switch relating to network connectivity
I'm having allot of troubles with the power connect 2024 switch relating to network connectivity. Systems are all Dell Dimension 2400, 2350 series. After 2-5 restarts it will eventually login in but not until that's done. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
Also does anyone know what the replacement model for this switch is? Is this one still available for purchase anywhere? I've looked and can't seem to find one.

We've also been having a lot of network connectivity problems with that same switch. The users will randomly loose connectivity with our servers and network based services, not to mention each other. Sometimes, they will not loose complete network connectivity, but loose connectivity to only one or two servers or network printer ... etc. I've found that moving the user to another switch solves the problem. I must conclude that the switch is dying. I can't say as though I'm too impressed since it is only two years old.
