How to open case to Dell Networking

Dear Dell Networking Community,

I Have problem with redudancy on Server inside Blade Server. We install VM inside Blade Server. the network on Blade Chasis is using Powerconnect M8024-k with NIC Broadcom NetExtreme II BCM57810. We Implement the NPAR on that NIC. actually when we disable 1 uplink A1, some VM lost connectivity and vice versa when we disable other uplink on A2.

I want to open case to dell support to get fast response and hopefully can do Webex session to resolve our problem.

Can you tell us the email to open the case about problem on Powerconnect m8024-k ?

I have try to email on Dell-Force10_Technical_Support@Dell.com but They just support the case on Force 10. based on they reference, we must open case to Dell Networking.
