Exchange Failure

Question

Hi,

I am getting a failure on my Exchange backup, anyone see this before. I remember way back that the error meant Exchange wasn't running but not the case

Any ideas?

Hi,Take a look of nsr\applogs\xbsa.messages. You can find some extra info in it about the issue.Regards

Did this backup ever worked? Without looking at XBSA and event logs along with server log primary suspect would be lack of proper license.

We had similar failures on the past. Unfortunately only solution we found out was restarting exchange.
