Does Networker support to back up VMware vms with non-ASCII displayname?

Hi, if I created VM in non-ASCII characters, say, Chinese, as a result, the displayname and vmdk' s name were also Chinese, does Networker support to back up this kind of VM? I know Symantec Netbackup doesn't support it.

Usually ASCII character wont work with VADP backup.

As per my knowledge few non ASCII characters does work with VADP backup and this issue is from VMware.

Have you tested the backup with client name in chinese character? Does it work?

Thanks, Prahith,I have found the NetWorker VMWare Intergration Guide. It doesn't work if vm has non-ASCII character display name.
