Have you checked for a firewall? Also have you tried to telnet to the client using 7937 first and then 7938 for the port. This would give us a clue to the issue.

Please provide client and server netstat outputs when this message occurs. The other question is what is the keepalive set at if it is set.

It's not a firewall issue since I'm able to run the save command and backup data. It's just when it gets to the end this error message is encountered.
