Case update - Service was rescheduled and completed. SSD was replaced

There is no blue screen or error code and no updates or installs prior to the issue.

Correct: no start up, only trying to repair

How to I solve the issue of the computer not working as it is trying to repair itself?

This computer was first used on the 18th July and is not working

I have a technician due to fix the computer on Monday 16th. 

I am unavailable and have tried the reschedule option but it does not work.

 

I would like to reschedule for Tuesday 17th. Please can you action this for me?
