latitude E7450 Touchpad scrolling issues

Hi, I use a Latitude E7450 and use PrusaSlicer with my 3D printer, and the menus are difficult to scroll through, as in when I scroll the trackpad, the menu is sluggish to respond and over scrolls. I have tried driver, and software updates, and the file explorer on windows 10 has the same issue.
