Do I have WWAN in Dell Latitude E7470 Core i5 6th Generation 8GB RAM 256 GB SSD 14' Windows 10 Pro Laptop?? My laptop have sim card slot, but when I put in sim card in the slot, device could nothing,. How can I connect network with sim card in laptop??

Unless you ordered the system with the optional WWAN card, it's not present. You will need to purchase a WWAN card compatible with your provider's network.
The two cards Dell supplied were the DW5811e and DW5816e.
