j, k, l, m, o, p, u, ; keys work only if hit with the fn key
on my inspiron 2650, the j, k, l, m, o, p, u, ; keys work only if the "fn" key is pressed at the same time; otherwise the letters come out as: 1, 2, 3, 0, 6, -, 4, +. How can I fix this?
