error during running diagnostics
i have run dell diagnostics program after restarting my system. but i have faced with the following error box.
system_error required service, service_get_l2_chace_size, not found.
What is wrong with my computer?
how can i fix that?

Please list Dell model number and version of windows. Example; D ell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
In the meantime, you are able to boot into windows ? If no, you're able to see the Dell logo or sign in screen? You tried to run diagnostic by tapping the F12 key ? If no, follow steps below:
1. Power off the system. Remove all peripherals except AC adapter
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping the F12 continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In the boot menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click on it. After quick tests, click on Hard drive, and select Thorough Test Mode. Run Video Card and Memory as well.
