WLAN OR WWAN
I have a Dell Latitude E6520 laptop, with no WLAN or WWAN card installed, i intend to install a WWAN card,
Will I be able to connect to the Wi-Fi with only WWAN card installed or do I have to install WLAN card also to connect to the Wi-Fi.

Before you purchase a WWAN card, verify that your service provider will support the card you buy.
