UEFI Firmware settings not visible

Hi, in my Inspiron 3521 (i3 3rd gen, 4GB RAM, InsydeH20 Setup Utility and A09 BIOS), I have installed Windows 8 Pro 64-bit. Current installation is in BIOS Legacy Boot Mode. I wanted to install the OS in Mode. However, in the 'Add Boot Option' menu in the BIOS UEFI configuration setting, no File System is shown. So, I tried to configure the UEFI Settings from Windows 8 Advanced Startup Options. However, the UEFI Firmware Settings menu is not visible in the Advanced Startup Settings or any other settings related to that.

Can someone please throw some light? I am stuck with this for last four days!

Does anyone know if Dell provides some software to configure the UEFI?

Thanks in advance..................

You will need to completely repartition the drive and reinstall 8 in GPT mode.
