Power cord in China question

I suggest that you buy an adapter from an electrical store to adapt the existing plug on your AC adapter to the type of power socket that you expect to use in China. I expect that the AC operating voltage and frequency specifications of your AC adapter will be suitable for China.

China has 2 different kinds of socket. A non-earthed 2 pin socket and an earthed pin 3 socket. You'd be better off buying a travel adapter before you go and then going to a PC shop and buying a proper one after you get there.
