Plug in , not charging Dell inspiron 15 5558
Dell Inspiron 15 5558
My Laptop is not charging then the indicator of the laptop blinking white and orange. See Video Below
then what the main problem the AC adaptor or the battery ?
need to identify the problem then i will find some parts for replacement

Does the system correctly identify the AC adapter or does it show unknown? F2 at powerup to check.
If the adapter IS recognized, replace the battery.
If the adapter IS NOT recognized, and is a non- Dell adapter, replace it with a Dell adapter. If it's a Dell adapter and it's not recognized, replace it with a new Dell adapter first. If that doesn't solve the problem, replace the DC jack in the system:

If that doesn't solve the issue, replace the mainboard.

so sad ac adapter is Unknown so i will change the DC jack ?
or the ac adapter ?

The adapter is the first thing to try - if that doesn't solve the issue, replace the DC jack.
