Keyboard and Mouse not working when laptop boots
My inspiron N7110 keyboard and mouse have stopped working when the laptop boots up. Any suggestions on what needs to be done?

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us. I would ask you to provide us with some more information.
*Were any recent (software/hardware) changes made to the system.
*Have you tried to use a different keyboard & mouse to see if the same issue is seen.
*After you login to the system are you able to use the keyboard & mouse.
Also do reply to this post along with the service tag of the system and the os installed on the machine via private message so that I can check the system details to assist you further.
