I have a new Inspiron and I can not open hotmail ..please help

Hi.....maybe is so easy but I'm a new user in pc's........I can not open hotmail..I talked to norton people they told me is not their problem. I notice in the security I have this program blocked GLB5F.tmp  and I don't know what it is.........is that related with hotmail?

What specifically is your problem? Does the page not load when you go to www.hotmail.com? Does your inbox not load? You need to be a more specific about your problem. Are you getting an Internet Explorer error (if you are using Internet Explorer). Is it a URL error? Do you have a network connection?

Turn off your Norton Firewall and then put it back on after your Hotmail opens.

thank you for answering............I tried to logon and nothing comes! just a white screen when I refreshed it ..comes a note saying  retry. and nothing comes........I use IE 6..
