I am unable to Play GTA Vice City on my Inspiron N5010

Hi, I have Dell InspironN5010

with Intel HD Graphics, but I am unable to Play GTA Vice City (Sanandreas) with even minimum settings? Any idea to resolve this?

Taking a look at Rockstar’s website it looks like other than graphics your notebook meets or exceeds required hardware.  This is an older game but Rockstar doesn’t mention if the game will be able to run on integrated graphics at all.

Test other similar 3D games and see if you can run those, try to find out if this is a specific problem with GTA or with all 3D games.

Try updating the video driver, you can find the Windows 7 driver here.

You mentioned that you were using Intel HD graphics, N5010s also shipped with discreet AMD Radeon chips.  If your system shipped with discreet graphics please make sure that the Radeon driver is installed as well.

Basics, while gaming please make sure that you have the AC adapter plugged in if possible; please make sure that Windows power plans are set to “High Performance”.

I hope that this helps.
