Im trying to have an online chat with dell technical support..but it says it is not available for my system
im using a Dell xps15(L501x)model

Did your warranty expire? If it did, you will not be able to use the chat system.

When you tried to get on the chat line, did it just reject your service tag or did the agent on the line say that your system was not covered?

And i didnt connect to any agent.
i got to dell.com/xpschat
enter the service tag.
then

Ya filled it up.
i ve even tried sending them email with the option they gave yesterday itself
but i only got automated mails
