All will work; you need to decide
1. What you want to spend
2. Whether price is more important than performance
3. How much space you need.
The Hitachi and WD skew toward space at the expense of performance; the Seagate and SSD skew toward performance at the cost of space. By far the SSD is fastest; the SSHD is a compromise in between and the two hard drive will be slowest.

A standard hard drive will be slowest.
An SSHD will be next fastest.
A full SSD is fastest.
For an SSHD, go with WD. For an SSD, Samsung, Crucial or Intel.

Thanks for quick response. One more doubt, these drives will fit properly inside the laptop? I mean it won't be external attachment, right?
This line is not clear:
" ...and the two hard drive will be slowest."
Did you mean the SSHD will be slowest compared to SSD and HDD ?
If possible suggest, good brand for SSHD & SSD.
Thanks

Hey ruturajdeshpande,
It all depends on your needs. The 1TB Scorpio Blue (http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/library/SpecSheet/ENG/2879-771437.pdf) you've mentioned is a reliable drive, and the 2.5-inch should fit your laptop perfectly. Are you going to be using the laptop for gaming or video editing? In such case, I'd personally go rather for the WD Black Dual Drive (http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/library/SpecSheet/ENG/2879-800011.pdf). It combines a 120 GB SSD with 1TB HDD. Thus you'll have both the speed of the solid state drive and the reliability of a hard disk drive. In addition to that, you'll have the complete freedom of choice where to save your data.
On your questions:
- 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch are the two most common form factors – for laptops and desktops respectively. So, for your laptop you should look for a 2.5-inch.
- SATA II is second generation SATA interface running at 3.0 Gb/s. Supported bandwidth throughput of up to 300MB/s. SATA III is a third generation SATA interface running at 6.0Gb/s. Supported bandwidth throughput of up to 600MB/s. SATA III is backward compatible with the SATA II port, but will be slower due to port limitations. However, I saw that your laptop uses SATA III HDDs.
Hope this helps. If anything, don't hesitate to ask further.
