Group Policy Client service failed the logon..access is denied.
I have an inspirion 1545...windows 7 laptop. When I try to log on to my user account I get an error message that says, "Group Policy Client service failed the logon...access is denied. I can log on to the guest account but I can't even get on the internet. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would sure appreciate it. I'm not too knowledgable about computers!

hi...i have studio with windows 7. i ve got the same problem as urs... "The Group Policy Client service failed the logon...access is denied "...i dont ve the guest account too so i m not able to logon. so kindly can u help me fixing this if u had the problem troubleshot. thank you.

Luckily when I bought my laptop @ walmart I also bought the extended warranty plan thru walmart & they fixed it for free!! I don't remember what he had me do tho...sorry! But it's not a really hard solution. You could probably take it to someone who fixes computers & they could do it in no time!! Sorry, but that's been a while back!!
