Fingerprint sensor device reported a hardware failure

Hello,

I have a XPS-M1530 and my fingerprint readers doesn't work anymore. I don't know what happend, it just didn't work anymore..
I get the next message: " Fingerprint sensor device reported a hardware failure".
I've already reinstalled the hardware, and software but nothing works. Does anyone have a solution for me?

Gr,
Rones
