DELL STUDIO 15 unsatisfied service

I bought a Dell Studio 15 laptop on Date: 02/09/2010 Customer No: 781930874 Dell Order No: Order number removed per privacy policy> worth Rs: 47,500/-. I had a spark from the Laptop in the 1st 6 months (when the laptop was covered under warranty). I had called up service center and told them about the issue but they said its battery uses some AC current .....bla blah..Which cannot cause a spark and they did not accept that t...here's some fault in it. As I was away from home for I.T Training could not get it serviced as no one at my house knew much as how to get it serviced and then the problem disappeared. But again it has started giving problems. Now my brother went to Dell Service Center to get it serviced. Service Center attendants replied that if there is a MotherBoard problem throw away the laptop as it cant be serviced as they dont have Dell Studio 15 series motherboard. Very much disappointed with Dell and lost all the faith in the brand. :-(:-(:-(
