Computer hinges crack and couldn't stand up.
Hello the reason, I'm starting this post is that I'm having some problem with my dell laptop which lasted for two year. Because I didn't think that it would cause me any trouble. The hinges in my laptop suddenly crack and the laptop couldn't stand up . I send it to computer shop to be repaired but, the component for the laptop couldn't be found and the technician messed up. Now the laptop cannot be closed but. The interior in the laptop is fine and working. Please help me.

The damage, as explained by you, is cosmetic in nature and does not inhibit the functionality of your system.
We have an Out of Warranty Repair Department you can contact for replacement parts, however, there is a cost associated and it will require you to pay for the parts required as well as the service dispatch.
