Comparing i XPS gen 1 and i XPS gen2
Has anybody owned a inspiron XPS gen1 and purchased a inspiron gen2 ? I am considering the upgrade and i would like to know the performence difference first hand between the 2 and pro's and cons before purchasing.I own a inspiron XPS with the 9800 video card and 1 gig of ram with the wuxga 15.4 display.I have seen a couple of post on the blurry images in ie and in the task bar.Which i beleive is du to laptops with high resalution and i have made the regestry fix and all on my XPS gen 1 and all is fine. Is this the same issue with the XPS gen 2 or somthing different ? I guess im trying to justify the purchase of the XPS gen 2 and if it is worth the spending a couple grand for the upgrade performence wise because the performence of my XPS gen 1 is still sweet and i play all the new and demanding games with high system and video requirements.I would apreciate all your input and opinion and pros and cons between the 2
