Volume change and Mute buttons cannot work when playing youtube
Observed that volume up / down and mute button cannot work when playing Youtube, for Dell XPS 13. Please advise how to fix it? Is it a setting issue? Thank you.

That is not a problem. The sound is coming from the video playing in the browser not your computer. There is a volume control on the video. Same as those annoying ads that pop up on a page in Chrome, Edge or whatever browser you use.
