Tacx Flow problems

Hi, recently bought a Dell Inspiron AMD Ryzen 5 G5 5505. Everything works ok except for using movies on the Tacx app.

App works ok, connects to the trainer ok, click to start ride and movie starts, 5-10 seconds later it freezes. I can download the movie Ok and it works fine from the stored file. I am getting 31Mbits/s download speed when checked. I have tried re-installing the Tacx app etc. Go back to my old (6 years old ) laptop and works ok. There must be some setting I am missing, but I can't see anything (silver surfer!).

I know I could just download movies, but usually I just jump on the bike/trainer and then decide where to ride and I don't want to have to wait whilst it downloads.

Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.
