PC Doctor and Dell Data Vault Data Collector using 100% disk

I've had my Inspiron 15R laptop for a few years now and I've recently noticed that when I boot the pc, the apps PC Doctor and Dell Data Vault Data Collector use 100% of my disk for a good 10-15 minutes.  This is driving me crazy.  PC Doctor doesn't show up in the Control Panel's list of installed apps, so I'm not sure how to uninstall it.  Any advice on how to resolve this or uninstall the problematic apps would be appreciated.  I noticed that there was an update to PC Doctor in January and I suspect that's when this problem started.  Thanks
