Inspiron 15 7567 display issues
The worst day have already come, i have previously contacted dell warranty support for this issue last June 2019. That my laptop went to dell warranty service here in Saudi Arabia for webcam repair weeks prior to it's warranty expiration. When i got my laptop back i was in shocked when i saw a big crack on the rear vent case and also a dent on the aluminum vents. They had mishandled my laptop and i requested for them to replace the unit since I was having doubts that this accident may cause issues on the laptop in the future. They took back the laptop and telling me that they will reach to me once they have the answer. They did contact me saying that they will only replace the broken parts and i was asking them to extend the warranty to give assurance that this wont cause in issues in the future but they declined my request. I believed that i have the right to asked them since they were the ones who had mishandled my laptop. So now this day have arrived. My laptop is experiencing display issues. I have no other suspicion of the possible caused since i have taken good care of this laptop since the day i bought this and i barely used this in a year. So, now no one took the responsibility. All they are saying that my laptop in out of warranty. This would have not happen if they had been careful on handling my laptop in the first place or they should be responsible enough to provide another unit. This is very sad and frustrating. Now, i will be just a victim of this incident without any further assistance and support from dell.
Note: i have run all possible diagnostic and repair, uninstall/install, display test but none of it helped. All of it seems to point out that i have a broken screen. For me no other caused this was the physical damaged it took when it was with dell warranty provider. This is was the worst experience i had with warranty providers.

It is definitely a hardware problem - bring your Laptop to service center again.
Either it is another case of bad RAM (memory tests are not always reliable), or something is wrong with the mainboard.
