"device configuration" > "AMD CBS" > "NB10 Common Options" > "GFX Configuration" > "Integrated Graphics Controller"

Set this to "Forces"

The performance increase a bit

April 5th, 2021 14:00

Hi

I did increase my dell Inspiron 15 3585 to 3 GB VRAM as you did, and my pc just crashed. luckily I was able to replace the motherboard with a warranty.

note: I have integrated graphics ( shared memory)

Laptop specifications:

Laptop model: Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series 3585

CPU: ryzen 5 2500U

GPU: AMD radion graphics

RAM: 16GB ram installed 13.9 usable and 2 GB VRAM taken (shared) note: I want to increase it to 4 GB VRAM but I want to know if it is safe and if I did a mistake the last time.

Storage Default: 256 GB

Internal added storage: 1TB

The reason I want to increase the VRAM is that I got the new Microsoft flight simulator and it needs a lot of VRAM.

Thanks.
