Dell inspirion 5593 Heating issue

Question

Hi,I have a Dell inspirion 15 5593 i7 Intel Iris Pluse chipset. I noticed that it feels warm, even too warm sometimes andthe fan kicks in as loudly as it can.So, I tested the core temp` and was quite shocked... Base temp` was around 65c and raised freely to 100c and above. I looked for this issue and found mulitiple posts about it and befor you all start throwing the regular answers at me:I always keep the vents open and I also use external fan for my laptops (a fan stand whick keeps the vet opening completely open) and clean (air can).My drivers are all up to date and well-installed, and I have 0 unnecessary programs running in BG.My laptop's RAM is upgraded (I read that it helps, 40GB RAM is more than enough) I replaced the thermal paste to a good one and it helped a bit but still, base line temp` at around 50c it's too high and when I open a program (like IntelliJ) it jumps to the roof (around 95c) for a few seconds which is BAD...I also found out the this issue is an Intel issue all across laptops using it. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? I bought a laptop to last, not to replace after only a year or so...   Thanks to all who'll help!

The dell tech here really tried to help me and they did!

So, has written, drivers are up to date.
The problem is the Turbo boots, which is over kill for performance, and turnning it off does the trick.
It might slow down the starting speed of system or a program but it will give a longer time with the computer and, to be honest, more of a computer and less of an oven.
