Caddy specs for my laptop?
My laptop:
dell inspiron 15 5567
1TB HDD, 8GB RAM.
Out of all these caddys which one should I choose? What mm is for me?
It looks like it's 9.5 mm . But would that limit the speed of my hard disk to SATA 1.5? IT's currently at 60MBps. I don't think it'd matter, but just want to know.

It is 9.5 mm caddy. It worked.

No hard drive can deliver 1.5 MBps -- the limit is the spinning drive, not the interface. And since you can only use a drive mounted in an optical bay for storage, not as a boot/operating system drive, it doesn't matter.
