Battery Saver not available
I have a G7 7790 and after I opened the "Dell Power Manager" for the first time, the Battery Saver option is not available anymore. I also could swipe between Battery Saver, Balanced and Performance (Screenshot 2), and it is also unavailable.

Problem fixed:
I went to Power Options panel and selected balanced, then, it went back to normal

Please check battery settings in the windows settings. Type Settings onto [Cortana] search box, select System and then battery. You should be able to turn on battery saver now

By the way, Dell Power Manager application isn't the Power Option application.
To get Dell Power Manager, select Detect PC option in link below.

In your Dell Product Support page, download / install latest Chipset drivers and Dell Power Manager application onto the system.
